Introduction

- Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email us at support@tommusic.cn or call our customer service line.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a traceableshipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item. If the item is damaged, shows signs of use, or is not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Deductions: Outbound shipping costs, a 3% processing fee, and a 10% restocking fee for items that have been customized or modified will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Non-Refundable: Items that are damaged or show signs of significant wear and cannot be resold will not be eligible for a refund.
- Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items eligible for return can also be exchanged for another item.
- Process: Contact customer service to discuss the exchange options and process.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item and shipping the new item.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- Shipping Damage: If your item was damaged during shipping, notify us immediately at support@tommusic.cn. Keep the original packaging for inspection and provide photos of the damage.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us for a return label. We will inspect the item upon return and either replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
- International Returns
- Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs and duties incurred.
- Refunds: Refunds for international returns will be processed once the item is received and inspected. We recommend insuring the return shipment as we are not liable for damages during transit.
